2010 Port Douglas Carnivale: Meridien Marina Seafood Extravaganza

Seafood Extravaganza 2010 will again be hosted by Meridien Marinas iconic Marina Mirage. Traditionally the event presents an opportunity for the local fishing fleet to show case catches produced straight from the Coral Sea. Basked in sunshine between the Mountain Ranges and Great Barrier Reef, the boardwalk at Marina Mirage provides an ideal location to host such an event. Sample seafood delicacies direct from the ocean served from working fishing vessels or tasting plates cooked to order from one of the many local Port Douglas restaurants trading on the boardwalk for the day. Combined with a unique atmosphere of Live Music roaming from local charter vessel, sit back and enjoy the ambience created with a refreshing beverage, and splendid tasting of seafood. Free entry with live music and plenty of entertainment for the kids. Come and enjoy the experience that Meridien Marina Seafood Extravaganza has to offer.
