World famous for celebrating spectacular sunsets in Ibiza since the 80’s, Café del Mar remains one of scene’s most treasured venues to this day. The true pioneers of bringing music and stellar vibes together with Mediterranean food and cool drinks, this special Café del Mar edition of Sheraton Sunset Sessions is back for it’s third year of Port Douglas Carnivale.

As the sun lowers in the sky on Saturday the 24th of May, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas will come to life as colourful cocktails, Mediterranean bites, roaming acrobatic performances and tunes by Café del Mar Sydney DJ Frankie Romano flow onto the shore of the resort’s Main Beach.

Frankie Romano is one of Australia’s favourite house DJs. Based in Sydney, Frankie blends house and disco with deeper tech and percussive grooves to deliver his own distinctive style to the dance floor. His technical abilities behind the decks are undisputed. The Pearl Package caters for two people and includes cabana hire for the full day with access to Sheraton’s expansive lagoon pools, a bottle of G.H.Mumm champagne, and selection of Chef’s favourites served from 5pm including paella, tapas, Spanish ham, Yarra Valley caviar, freshly shucked oysters, croquettas, patatas bravas, olives and anchovies.
