- Not applicable during High Season.

- 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a $100 administration fee
- If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
